There are 4 different types of food groups


sometimes food, everyday
food, seafood ,meat and milk
products

Everyday food are foods that you eat to stay healthy and strong not like sometimes food it make you unwell and it can cause heart damage. You can eat sometimes  food but it is best to eat none of them.
